1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, purchasing, or using any services provided by CrabbyTrades LLC (“CrabbyTrades,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable disclosures.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use the service.

2. Service Description

CrabbyTrades provides structured market frameworks and predefined price reference levels for MNQ (Micro E-mini Nasdaq-100) and NQ (E-mini Nasdaq-100) futures markets. These materials are derived from internal research and are provided in a standardized format for informational and educational purposes only.

The service may include:

-Daily market frameworks.
-Predefined reference levels (including activation, risk, and extension levels).
-Analytical commentary and structured observations.

CrabbyTrades focuses exclusively on index futures analytics (NQ and MNQ). We do not provide real-time alerts, trade execution, position management, automated trading bots, or account mirroring services. We are not affiliated with any automated gold-trading platforms or lookalike web domains.

3. No Investment Advice / No Advisory Relationship

CrabbyTrades is not an investment advisor, commodity trading advisor (CTA), broker-dealer, or financial advisor.

Nothing provided through the service constitutes:

-Investment advice
-A recommendation to buy or sell any financial instrument
-A solicitation to engage in any trading strategy

Use of the service does not create any advisory, fiduciary, or client relationship.

4. No Reliance / Independent Decision-Making

You acknowledge and agree that:

-You are not relying on CrabbyTrades for any investment or trading decisions.
-All information is general in nature and not tailored to your individual circumstances.
-You are solely responsible for evaluating whether any information is appropriate for your financial situation.

All trading decisions, including whether to act on any reference levels or frameworks, are made entirely at your own discretion and risk.

5. No Trade Execution or Account Management

CrabbyTrades does not:

-Execute trades on your behalf.

-Manage accounts or assets.

-Provide copy-trading or automated trade mirroring.

-Provide discretionary trading services.

You are solely responsible for all order placement, execution, risk exposure, and position management within your own brokerage account.

6. Risk Disclosure

Trading futures, options, cryptocurrencies, and other leveraged instruments involves substantial risk of loss and is not suitable for all investors.

You may lose more than your initial investment.

By using this service, you acknowledge that:

-You understand the risks involved in trading.
-You are financially and emotionally capable of bearing such risks.

7. Hypothetical / Modeled Performance Disclosure

Performance data provided by CrabbyTrades consists of both historical modeled backtesting and live forward-tested tracking results.
Historical Backtesting: Any performance results, examples, or illustrations prior to April 2026 are hypothetical or simulated. They do not represent actual trading results and may not account for real-world factors such as liquidity, slippage, commissions, or execution timing. In accordance with CFTC Rule 4.41, hypothetical or simulated performance results have inherent limitations and do not represent actual trading.
Live Forward Performance: Performance data logged from April 2026 onward reflects live, forward-tested tracking of the distributed daily frameworks under real-time market conditions.
Past performance, whether derived from historical simulation or live forward-tested logs, is not indicative of future results.

8. Subscriber Responsibilities

By using the service, you agree that:

-You are solely responsible for all trading decisions and outcomes.
-You will not interpret any information as a directive or instruction to trade.
-You will use the service in accordance with all applicable laws and regulations.

9. Subscriptions, Billing, and Cancellation

Subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis as indicated at the time of purchase.

By subscribing, you agree that:

-You authorize recurring billing through Stripe or other payment processors.
-All fees are charged in advance for the billing period.
-All sales are final unless otherwise explicitly stated.

You may cancel your subscription at any time, and cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period.

No prorated refunds will be issued unless required by law.

10. Intellectual Property

All content provided by CrabbyTrades, including but not limited to:

-Frameworks
-Price levels
-Written materials
-Graphics and layouts

is the intellectual property of CrabbyTrades LLC.

You may not:

-Redistribute, resell, or share content
-Reproduce or publish content publicly
-Use the content for commercial purposes

without prior written consent.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

CrabbyTrades shall not be liable for any losses or damages, including but not limited to:

-Trading losses
-Loss of profits
-Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

arising from the use of, or inability to use, the service.

Use of the service is entirely at your own risk.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless CrabbyTrades LLC and its affiliates from any claims, damages, liabilities, or expenses arising from:

-Your use of the service
-Your trading activity
-Your violation of these Terms

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the use of the service shall be resolved through binding arbitration, unless otherwise required by law.

You agree to waive any right to participate in class actions or class-wide arbitration.

14. Modifications to Terms

CrabbyTrades reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time.

Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
